The Emelie Foundation is established in memory of Mr. Chandulal M. Shah, his wife, Ramangauri C. Shah and daughter, Induben C. Shah.

Mr. Chandulal M. Shah and family were proprietors of the children’s wear establishment named ‘Emelie’ from 1940 to 2014 located at 293 Mahatma Gandhi Road, Pune, India.

Over 50% of girls in India are not enrolled in secondary school.
