Trustees need to inculcate the importance and desire of the female gender to instil competence and confidence in their endeavours by encouraging families to enrol their daughters in schools and universities.

 

If for some reason, there are not enough female candidates for support who are from single mother households, the support can be given to females who come from poor families deserving encouragement and support for education.
